2-5 Minute Summary Video
Similar to last year, the TLP committee is asking for a 2-5 minute video provided as part of each proposal. Submitters will be asked to include a URL to the video. You can use the University's video repository to host your video by navigating to (http://video.utah.edu) and clicking 'Add New'.
The video does not need to be professional quality. Please don't include music, and/or animation in the video. The intention is to give colleges/units a chance to set context around their proposal. You may consider covering the following in your summary video:
- How the provision of student computing funds will help your students in your college/unit
- How faculty input informed this year's request
- Any additional context that the committee should consider in reviewing your proposal
Reconciliation of Last Years Funds
Each submitter will be sent a reconciliation spreadsheet to identify how previous year's were spent. Please attach the spreadsheet to your final submission.
Student Computing Lab Usage Reports
Considering the impact of the covid-19 pandemic, lab usage reports are again optional for this year's funding requests; however, usage reports may be submitted as part of the proposal.
