Step 1: Calendar & Scheduler Settings
In ConexED from the left-hand menu select Calendar & Scheduler Settings.
Step 2: Calendar Integration
Select the Calendar Integration tab.
Step 3: Choose Integration
From the drop-down menu, select Exchange.
Step 4: Exchange Integration Information
Insert the following information into the text boxes and drop-down menus:
- Choose from Google, Outlook, Office 365, Exchange or ConexED: Exchange
- Exchange Mailbox (Optional): Leave blank
- Exchange Version: AutoDiscover
- Exchange Host: umail.utah.edu
- Exchange User: UNID@umail.utah.edu
- Exchange Password: CIS Password
Note: If you have not done so yet, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting to be added to the Exchange List before completing this step.
Step 5: Select Connect Exchange
Click the Connect button.
